Want to work on defining what it means for a search engine to be “relevant”? You’ll be responsible for building the infrastructure to answer that question for the Bing. You’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting edge problems that require engineering large-scale fault-tolerant systems.

- 10+ years of software development
- Practical knowledge of modern C++ and/or C# and equivalent programming skills
- Strong algorithmic, data design, documentation and coding abilities
- Experience in information retrieval, machine leaning, data mining, or statistics preferred
- A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Math or EE; PhD a plus
