Job Role: Investment Advisor
Location: Chennai, Gurgaon, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with HNI’s and other property investors recommending new residential projects based on their requirement.
- Coordinate meetings and site visits with the builders and adjust plans accordingly.
- Exceed sale target and yield incentives.
Requirements:
- Metroplots Investment Advisor should have extremely communication and people’s skills.
- Good judgment and the ability to grasp information fast.
- He/She should also possess basic internet and e-commerce knowledge.
