Responsibilities:
- To defines all manufacturing aspects, engineering and implementation phase of investment.
- Provide technical expertise in the daily operations of the unit;
- Responsible for the daily performance of the chemical plant (production, safety, quality and cost targets) according with the Business Plan.
- Coordinate the execution and implementation of process improvement projects and programs to reduce cost,
- Improve quality and the safety and integrity of our processes.
- Ensure operations are optimized to achieve Business needs.
- Ensure reliability of Asset to increase plant availability.
- Bachelor Degree Chemical Engineering.
- 4 years relevant manufacturing experience in chemical, petrochemical or energy industry.
- Knowledge in Six Sigma methodology, Lean.
- Ability to apply probability, statistical, modeling and prediction reliability tools appropriately.
- Ability to use in depth analysis and structured methodology to identify the true root causes of a situation or event.
- Ability to modify interpersonal style, to use listening and feedback skills to build understanding, and effectively manage conflict.
- You must be able to speak and write Spanish and English.
