Education: Bachelor's Degree

Description:

6 – 8 yrs in Product Design and Development ( plastic molding, sheetmetal, castings) good understanding on various manufacturing operations for castings, sheetmetal, plastic molding,etc. Good knowledge on various international standards lile Ingress Protection. NEMA, etc. Should have knowledge on ECR/ECO processes and also have working knowledge on GD & T.
Should be able to execute projects independently with minimal guidance and as and when required, be able to handle engineers and provide technical support/training, assign work and lead the project.
Prior experience in working in a Global Engineering Services organization would be an advantage but not mandatory.
CAD Tool – Solidworks (6 yrs min), Proe( working knowledge)
PDM/PLM – Experience in using PDM/PLM tools like Omnify, PDMWORKS etc.
Oral and written Communication skills – Should posses good communication skills with experience in Interacting directly with customers (preferably US or UK), understanding the Customer need, provide support in making Technical Proposals, presentation skills, etc.

Qualifications: B.E , Mechanical
