Job Role: Sales Manager(Tied)

Job Type: Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager

Locations: UP, Haryana, Rajasthan, MP, Jharkhand, Rest of Maharashtra and other locations across India

Responsibilities:

• Building up a team of Advisors, through your personal contacts, database hunting, reference gathering & using ingenuity.
• Daily monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
• Daily reporting of Achievements
• Doing Performance Review of your Advisors
• Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities
• Qualification Graduate from recognized universities / colleges. Diploma Engineers and Hotel Management candidates can be considered.

Desired skills:

Good networking skills, Good communication skills. Age ? 26 years and above. One stint in the current or previous company to be at least 2 years. Must be a local resident for at least 3 years.

Experience: Total experience of 3 Years, of which at least 2 years of sales experience (can be from front line sales)
