Job Description:
Development and preparation of integrated package design layouts and detailed drawings in conformance to design methodologies, design rules, and customer requirements. Manage files and design workflow using Oracle Agile PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) tool. Create and maintain design rules and design methodologies.
Skills needed:
• IC package Layout Design (WLCSP)preferably using Cadence SiP (System in Package)or Cadence APD (Advanced Package Designer)
• Proficient in AutoCad
• Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• Knowledge of IC package assembly and manufacturing processes
• Signal Integrity knowledge and experience is an added advantage
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM (Product Life Cycle Management)is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2-5 years of experience or 1-3 Yrs of experience with MS degree or 0-1 Yrs of experience with PhD. A combination of education and experience would be considered.
