Job Description: SQL Database Architect
Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma with CS
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Location: Mysore
Skills:
• Strong in database concepts and design methodologies
• Understand Business need and translate the same into appropriate Design
• From External to Conceptual model and then to Logical to Physical model
• Strong in Design concepts and modeling skills
• Capacity planning and adopt new technologies
• Should have worked with large volumes of data - Giga/Tera bytes
• Experience on Data Modeling, Design Patterns, Design Tools, UML, etc
• Experience on Data Warehouse systems
• Experience on SSIS, SSAS, MDX
• Process driven and adhere Quality standards
• Implement code review practices and mentor team
• Enforce Best Practices and formulate Quality Standard
• Adhere to Performance Engineering standards
• Troubleshooting and addressing Performance challenges
• Strong in communication(both Oral and Written) and should interface clients
• Should have worked on at least 3 fulltime projects with long duration on SQL Server 2005/8
• Exposure to Product development
