Job Role: Technical Lead
Location: Chennai
Requirements:
-Should have at least 10 years experience in designing enterprise grade applications.
-Expert in application development using a broad range of programming technologies including:
- Java/J2EE
- EJB3, Struts, JSP, Hibernate, Spring framework
- Web services
- Scripting languages (Perl, Python)
-Should have experience working on Database design / tuning
-Should have experience working on a Unix operating system (Linux, Solaris, etc.)
-Expert in Internet technologies (HTML, HTTP, TCP/IP, SOAP, XML, etc.)
-Deep knowledge of life cycle processes, tools, and technologies
-Experience with Jboss, Apache and related tools
-Familiarity with Design Patterns
-Experience using other common open source tools (CVS, SVN, Bugzilla, Ant/Maven, JUnit, Other Unit Testing Frameworks, etc.)
-Very good idea of the architectures of different components
-Awareness on market / industry technology trends
-Initiate and lead technology discussions
-Experience with interactive automated testing test tools.
Additional Requirements:
-Should have a Bachelors degree in Computer science / Engineering or MCA
-Masters degree in Computer science/Engineering preferred
-Should be a self-starter and independent
-Good communication skills including verbal and written skills (specifications, design, etc.)
-Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
-Be able to articulate implementation at all levels
-Must be able to evaluate alternative solutions
-Applicants with wide variety of technical experience are good candidates for this position
-Salary would be at par with industry standards and would not be a constraint for right candidate.
