Job Role: Assistant General Manager

Location: Dombivli, Mumbai
Qualification & Experience: Ph.D/ Post Doc./M.Sc(Org.) with 5-15 yrs expericence in leading CRAMS/API
Job Profile:
- Literature study, route selection and review of the API & CS Projects.
- Plan, Monitor and analyze results for bringing innovative solutions in the projects undertaken.
- Execute projects as per the schedule.
- Keep abreast with knowledge of latest scientific development in the areas of expertise.
- To interact with purchase, ADL, Regulatory, Kilo Lab & relevant departments for meeting project requirements. Day to day monitoring of analysis to get the timely results.
- Timely report on the progress of projects.
- Transfer of technology to Pilot Plant / Plant level.
- Training & mentoring group members.
Desired Profile:
Candidate should have a good hand on Custom Synthesis and Process Chemistry, Scale up of the process, Knowledge of GLP and GMP & data management.
