Skills:
- Supervise and mentor management staff.
- Identify and quantify resource requirements for ongoing and future projects.
- Manage billable and non-billable time for the department.
- Evaluate training needs for departmental staff and ensure they are met, participating in training as appropriate.
- Participate in the creation and review of Clinical Data Management standard operating procedures and user guidelines.
- Evaluate data management metrics on quality and efficiency, and identify and implement improvements.
- Provide support to project managers for data management projects.
- Ensure optimal interactions between clinical data management personnel and personnel in other departments.
