Job Role: Project Leader
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience in RPG/400, CL/400, DB2/400, SQL/400, QUERY/400 & ADT’s (Application development tools). Exposure to RPG IV & ILE concepts.
- Must be conversant with QMS and related documentation under the ISO 9000/CMM quality framework.
- Must have prior experience of handling team size of about 6-8 developers.
- Should have prior experience in interacting and handling various customer issues (Functional/ Technical) related to the application.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in production support and conversant with Subfile programming is must
- Good written & verbal communication Skills and analytical skills, ability to understand functional design & should be conversant enough to prepare program design documents for the team members.
