Description: We have exciting openings for enthusiastic candidates in our fast-growing project in Brno. Candidates who speak German fluently, and are interested in the role of 'Customer Service Representative' can apply for multiple positions.
Required Skill Sets:
- Fluency in German and ability to connect with native German customers
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Please note: all our training is conducted in English)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Customer focus
- Good computer skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts (Please note: there are no night shifts)
- Commitment for a minimum of 12 months.
