Business Operations Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this the role, the candidate will require to work and excel in following areas
·         Required to work on projects of medium/High complexity and display excellent web designing capacity using Sharepoint and Sharepoint designer
·         Work closely with business users to define their requirements
·         Capacity to solve problems, identify options and propose a portal design using Sharepoint and web technologies
·         Create, execute and document test cases and results
·         Prepare process documentation for all processes
·         Have flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures as role involves extensive interaction with customers internationally.
·         Good verbal & written communication skills to interact with the relevant stakeholders
·         Flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures and across different technologies.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Mandatory)

·Proficiency and minimum hands on experience of 2 years in Sharepoint portal designing
·Good verbal & written communication skills to interact with the relevant stakeholders
·Flexibility in adapting to new technologies.
·Flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Preferred)

·Exposure to VB Script/Java Script/VBA/XML would be an advantage.

Graduate

PROFESSIONAL
Prior experience in Programming Skills in SharePoint designer/VBA (MS Access, MS Excel) / MS BI Domain
