Role: Manager / Assistant Manager
Qualification: Degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or its related discipline.
Experience: Sound working experience in any Real Estate company.
Prerequisites:
- Degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or its related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years or more experience in the real estate industry, preferably with at least 3 years direct experience in investment or development activities.
- Familiar with investment and development processes, real estate operational issues and market knowledge.
- Preferably with good experience and exposure to mixed developments that include business space, residential, retail or hospitality components
- Good contacts in the real estate industry.
- Candidate must possess excellent business acumen and the ability to work independently.
